We are looking for an accessibility specialist to take ownership of how our catalogue, reading apps and website behave for people using screen readers, magnification and switch access.
The role
- Audit our public services against WCAG 2.2 AA
- Write up findings the development team can act on
- Run testing sessions with readers
- Advise on procurement of third-party systems
What we are looking for
Hands-on experience with at least one screen reader, and the ability to explain a technical problem to someone who is not technical. A background in libraries is not necessary.
